  • What is your return policy?
    In the unlikely event you wish to return any of your products, we accept returns within the first 30 days provided the items are returned in original packaging and are in as new and unmarked condition. Whilst there is no re stocking fee for returns, we do not cover the shipping cost to return the item to us.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we offer international shipping to various destinations, including New Zealand, United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and the value of your order. Additionally, international shipments may be subject to tax or duty. Feel free to reach out to us for a personalized quote and an estimate of the shipping date.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

  • Are Polar LED's light devices approved and tested?
    All of our products are thoroughly tested prior to release. They are verified AS/NZS 60335.2.113, CE, RoHS, FCC and other related certifications for sale in Australia and New Zealand and export to United States, Canada, Spain, the United Kingdom, Japan and Germany.
  • What is the warranty on Polar LED devices?
    POLAR Led devices come with a 2 year warranty. For a full list of our warranty terms and conditions click here.
  • How far away should I be from an LED light therapy panel?
    Whilst this varies from product to product depending on the power output, generally recommended to be no closer than the point that marks 100mw/cm2 (except for face masks).
  • What is near infrared (NIR) light?
    Near infrared light is commonly referred to as NIR or simply infrared light. Near infrared light is a term given to wavelengths of light between 800 to 2,500 nm. The wavelengths of NIR light used in POLAR LED products are not visible to the human eye and do not produce excessive heat.
  • What is far infrared (Far IR) light?
    Far infrared light is not the same as NIR or near infrared light. Far-Infrared light is commonly used in ‘infrared saunas’ with the aim of raising the body temperature of users. Our products do not use far infrared.
  • Is red light and infra red safe for skin?
    Red light and near-infrared is generally considered safe for the skin, however we always recommend asking your GP if you have any questions or concerns regarding its usage.
  • How much exposure is safe?
    Recommended 15 minutes per area with a maximum of twice per day usage.
  • Do I need to use eye protection?
    We highly recommend using our black Light Blocking Goggles when using the device on your face or if you are looking directly at the panel. Do not stare into the light device and always wear goggles if you are feeling uncomfortable. Use the device in a well lit room so that your eyes can adjust to the light.
